A man has been arrested on Station Road, Healing after being spotted by a police officer acting suspiciously in the area.
At 0906hrs this morning an on duty police officer spotted a man, riding a bicycle in the area, who appeared to be looking into properties on Station Road.
The man on the bicycle, a 25 year old, was promptly arrested and taken into custody at Grimsby Police Station for going equipped to steal.
It is not known at this time if anything has been stolen and enquiries will now continue.
